Healing begins with relationship

Many of us know what imbalance feels like: guilt, shame, not enough, too much, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, feeling lost and adrift…In these times when everything seems to be too much, too fast-in a society that has forgotten right relationship- overwhelm and despair can make us feel hopeless. But there is something we can do: be balanced in ourselves and in harmony with the web of all life.

A remedy to this modern malaise is ancient and deep in our bones: shamanic healing. The essence of shamanic healing is sovereignty; returning to me all that is me and mine and removing from me all that is not me and not mine. My wholeness is not just about me it is also about me occupying my place in the interconnected web of all life-my sovereign belonging.

Our bodies have been the same for nearly 300,000 years! Yet our world is changing constantly and exponentially. My offering is a dynamic modern and ancient approach, braiding psychotherapeutic understanding with a shamanic/animistic worldview.

Shamanic Healing

Shamanic healing happens in ritual liminal space, where the relationships with the unseen world are made manifest through the creating and relating with the altar. The remedies to shamanic illness can be: psychopomp, compassionate de-possession, extraction, cord cutting, curse unraveling, soul retrieval. The remedy is made known through a diagnostic journey based on symptoms.

Space Clearing

Your home is a reflection of your inner world and is an altar to your values. Clearing clutter and beautifying the space is a common ritual prescription at the end of a shamanic healing session to integrate and to remind us of who we are now, in sovereignty and wholeness. Uncluttering and beautifying can also be the point of entrance and the beginning of the same profound and magical healing. Uncluttering and refreshing your space can help you let go of past burdens and reorganize yourself into wholeness resulting in more creativity, abundance, and better relationship as you come to know that you have and you are enough.
